In Room Dining Ideas
While you are out for the afternoon, we can enter your hotel room or vacation rental and decorate your dining table for a romantic culinary experience. Although are basic packages do not include silverware and plates, these can be provided for an additional cost along with your choice of champagne or wine.
Here are some ideas to enjoy a romantic dinner in your own private hotel room here on the Monterey Peninsula:
Using a local service called Doorbell Dining, you can have food delivered from one of over 20 great restaurants in the area. It can be timed so that after you arrive to your hotel room, your food will be delivered just after you are seated.
While you are out on the town, stop by one of our excellent Chinese restaurants and pick up some take out. Your significant other, expecting a casual dinner back in the hotel in front of the TV, will be surprised by a more formal set-up back in the room.
If you are staying at a hotel that offers room service, pre-order your dinner for the night and have it delivered just after you re-enter the room for a truly gourmet meal.
In some cases, customers have left special plates, napkins and silverware for us at the front desk. Whatever you would like us to set-up along with your room design, we can take care of it.
