Parents Night Out (Monterey County only)

Would you like to go on a romantic getaway but still have time for a family vacation? Our Parents Night Out package allows mom and dad to "take the night off” while the kids have a great time.

Package Includes:
  • When you check into your family friendly suite hotel (we can offer several suggestions for you and make your reservations) we will have arranged for four hours of child care services through VIP Babysitting – an award winning, fully licensed and bonded company located right here on the Monterey Peninsula.
  • While your kids are being entertained with a variety of games and crafts in your hotel suite, you can start your evening of romance with a sunset picnic on beautiful Carmel beach*
  • When you arrive at the predetermined location on the beach, you will find a colorful beach blanket spread out by a large private bonfire. Sitting to the side will be a willow, lined picnic basket filled with merlot cheddar cheese, tomato and basil sausage, toasted crackers, sliced apples, cheese straws, Babybel cheese, raspberry tea cookies, tasty almonds, and a bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water and two champagne flutes (plates, napkins and decorative spreader included)
  • For dessert, break open the s'more kit and toast some marshmallows over the fire as you watch the sun slip under the horizon.
  • Follow up your romantic picnic with a coastal drive down Scenic Road and over to downtown Monterey for spa treatments.
  • At the Spa on the Plaza, considered the top day spa in the area enhance the romance with an aromatherapy soak in a tub designed for two. A couple's massage with essential oils follows.
  • Back at the hotel, you will find your own romantic spa gift basket to enjoy memories of your stay when you return home. The spa basket includes the Kama Sutra original oil of love, bath salts and lavender in a beautiful organza pouch, heart shaped loofah, Cru De Provance bath lotion, and rose petal soap confetti in a heart shaped box. All of this packaged in a beautiful take home gloss black and red hat box.
  • Note: * In the event of inclement weather, the sunset bonfire will be replaced by an "indoor picnic” in your suite (smores replaced by large box of Lindt Chocolate Truffles; bonfire replaced by romantic scented glass jar candles and Serenity compact disc).
